Of course, all nations are implementing the same control grids in the background, while they are enemies in the public discourse;) Some nations are just further ahead in their programs than others on the global chessboard. That just gives certain 'sides' the perfect weapon to use against the public, by creating political super villains for everyone to point fingers at. I sometimes find it humourous, how people can't comprehend this. Great article!
