Like the post, and agree with most of the things that you have said... but... :)
I like ideologies... I know that they aren't real-life... I think that wasn't their point never... They are just like a muse for a poet... They should be that start that we are following to find the way out...
We will never reach that star, but it keeps us on the right path...
I think you may be right... the people who dream up ideologies probably didn't expect them to become "real," it is their followers who get all rabid in trying to implement things that were never meant to be implemented in their pure form...
Yes, it's good to have something to look towards.
