According to https://whois.domaintools.com/humanrightstribunal.international it exists since 2014, and it is registered by the USA's post office.
I don't think that a non valid entity is able to use that name for 6 years without the government noticing it.
Still could be fake though, but it would be nice if it was real. On the other hand, what can be done to a guy with such immense power, money and influence.
Even if you take him out of the equation, the agenda is being rolled out already.
