I never thought actual intelligence was dangerous in any way, whether it may be artificial or human. What I do consider quite harmful, however, is unintelligent systems that are sold as, believed to be, and are given power as if they were intelligent. Again, there is not much difference between submitting to human stupidity or machine manipulators.
