It isn't a classified document it's just marked confidential. I am not outright calling it a false document though Rand has because they've disputed it as being true. It appears, at least to me, their call may be legit on this one. Yeah it's a compelling read, it does seem logical and aligned with some events taking place but what I think the person who authored it did was they took paragraphs and sentences from many of the editorial opinions on the Rand site, intermeshed them with his own analysis strewed about here and there to write this masterfully mastered piece of his own opinion intertwined with exerts from other opinion piece writers.
Most people have the habit of just clicking a link to see what else is written but I have this habit of clicking links within a story or links to other stories on sites so forth and so on. I am like well this looks interesting, that looks interesting too...and the next thing you know I forgot all about a whole host of other stuff I was going to do but got immersed off into something else. That's basically what happened here, once I got to the Rand site I was like that looks interesting, this looks like a interesting read, than this one and that one, etc., I got what they called deja vue all of a sudden like I just read that, and that, and that, and that but it was all coming from different editorial opinions. That's how I figured this person spliced pieces together from different ops to, I have to admit, masterfully put his own op opinion together.
