Watch him tell the guy that he worked with the Biden Administration after he left the white house on the Abraham Accord implementation, which is surprising given how they "hate" each other. Than as the interview goes on he says the attack happened because Biden gave Iran six billion dollars of sanction money, which wasn't true. The money had been held in an account in S Korea and Switzerland for years despite Trump ordering it to be disperse for humanitarian aid, but he but such stringent requirements on it they didn't want to release the money and be accused of going against the sanctions. Pressure was applied on the Biden administration due to time constraints for disbursing the money the administration moved it to Qatar who agreed to disburse it, where it's still sitting. You can see how Trump set the whole thing up, why he really wanted out of the agreement with Iran Obama made. My personal opinion would be the money is being used to keep Iran out of the current conflict, if Iran agrees to stay out of it they'll release the money.
