pathetic... what is counter occupation? it is the opposite of counter insurgency warfare...
what is the goal of counter insurgency? to allow the occupying forces to colonize the ground.
what is the goal of the counter occupation? to kill those waging the counter insurgency warfare.
what is the easiest way to win a counter occupation war? effictively, bombing cops in duty or their cars, is totally useless, if you have already inversed the battlefield.
ie, in irak, tikrit, it is very hard to kill american families of the counter insurgency forces... why? because they are safely in america chilling and eating popcorn.
however in the case of when the counter insurgency forces have already their families on the ground, efficitvely the whole battlespace transform.
I understand it is too complex for the peons and dreamers... however, you don't want to kill the minister of what ever, it is useless, you want him or her to OBEY orders, even so against the counter insurgency forces, and if not, simply wipe his family, then him or her.
why? because the next minister will have a hard call to make... obey the orders of occupiers, and see his family die, or play and join the war, until all the occupiers and their families, where ever they are, are simply executed.
this the basic laws of warfare, on an negative asymetric fashion...
