The end of the video Dr. Simon Goddek is an example of the application of decentralized means of production I promote incessantly. He has employed aquaponics to produce his own food, uses a ram pump to move water, and solar panels for power, while also providing fuel himself for his vehicle, and any other uses, such as cooking, or to fuel a generator to make more electrical power. He also produces a product, rather than having a job, although that seems to be a fallback rather than his go to preference. I admire his frugality with power, as I have 400 Ah of batteries just in one of my trucks, and he uses only 50 Ah of electricity storage for his whole home.

He's applied the principles of decentralization, and even presages the worst aspect of decentralization and the coming diaspora people seeking wealth and freedom will be impacted by - loneliness, caused by our diaspora and dispersal. His example, and the reasons he has implemented these technologies, are quite what I hope more people are doing, while remaining in communities instead of fleeing to homes innawoods, to create self sufficient communities of people that have more options to defend themselves.

Thanks!

Yeah I was looking a the 50ah he had - and I thought it is interesting, that is small. I don't have 400ah like you in my house truck, but I have something near that - I guess he probably only uses his phone or LED light so something. I am sure in time that will creep up - but it is cool seeing someone just packup and do that and also able to execute - i mean, its all there for him now. Yes, I am on the same page as you - i hope more of this happens as well, and I do value what a good community really brings -
Thanks!
