You aren't the first or only one this happens to. I dunno if it is happening on other blogs, or if it's only me (that would surprise the F out of me!) but several others have mentioned it in prior weeks. One even accused me of just posting a headline to milk autovotes, LOL. I wondered if it was a problem with API/nodes, but it may be a problem with Hive.blog - or (and this is practically a paranoid delusion) it could be a personal attack on me.
I am wholly in agreement with you regarding government. The truth is that no evil is necessary, and when greater and lesser evils are offered, the only good solution is something not evil, like tarring and feathering corrupt politicians, torches and pitchforks, or exactly what Jefferson recommended, which is a revolution about every 20 years.
I hope you can ascertain what the problem is with my posts and comments appearing to be blank, as I'd rather be DV'd by the whole platform than say nothing.
Edit: I vaguely recall one of the people that asserted they couldn't see any content in a post I made saying that it was a problem with Hive.blog. Lemme see if I can find it...
Re-edit: I found it! @dlmmqb said they'd seen it mentioned by several parties on the HW discord here and had passed it on the Hive.blog frontend devs. No mention of whether it was just me or whether other accounts were having the same issue.
Thanks for the ref for this about passing on to devs - yeah, i figured it was a bug, because it make little sense - even as a plugin problem - it seems to be happening - hopefully it is fixed soon - I see a lot of posts like that. But interesting to see what the bug is.
That's a relief, because I couldn't help but wonder if it was just me =p
