I have a friend whom lives in S. Korea, and he informed me that it's a crime to criticize the government (or anyone rich and powerful) there, even when the criticism is factual and accurate. He linked me to the defamation laws in S. Korea, and it seems that these laws are likely to be copied in Oz, and perhaps across the West.
