I completely disagree with your assessment of the situation unfolding throughout America and extending to your country.
It's a tough pill to swallow for most people but the Unite States has been involved with destabilizing and overthrowing governments throughout latin America and South America for decades. They backed and plotted with ruthless dictatorships from death squads in El Salvador to the Pinochet military Junta and systematic capture, torture, and murder of suspected leftists mounting into the tens of thousands in Chile alone.
The Unites States empire is not your friend. They only want your resources, and Venezuela sits atop of a massive oil field.
The poverty and poor conditions that people point to in Cuba are a result of a 50 year US embargo on that small nation. That is what's happening to your country now, the US is preventing food, medical supplies and cutting off all avenues of international finance. By isolating and choking off Venezuela they hope to weaken it to such an extent that the people revolt. It is by design and well documented.
If the United States succeeds in overthrowing Maduro, which is certainly possible, you will see little improvements in your country. You will have a criminal class of US approved corrupt officials running your country and allowing all the wealth and resources to be extracted by foreign corporations.
Biden, is not a leftist, LMAO. He is the opposite.
Biden is a corporatist centrist.
He is no different than Trump.
Trump and Biden are both loyal servants to empire.

mmmmh ... the only thing that can tell you is that I am sure that the communist-socialist-* progressives destroyed my country because I have lived it, they murdered many compatriots and we are suffering the worst crisis in the history of Venezuela and the destruction continues with a planned genocide promoted by Cubans, Chinese, Russians and now Iranians; they didn't tell me I'm living it; When I see some gringos doing those same insurance I will include them in the list of invaders and looters of my country.
