Trump is a narcissistic psychopath. People are objects that are either useful to him or not. He posted that pic because he sees himself as a god, like Jesus or Lucifer. Because he's a narcissist he expects everyone to see him that way. But he lies incessantly because he's realized that people sometimes act contrary to his interests, so he's learned to lie to prevent them from succeeding to oppose him.
He doesn't see himself as a doctor. He sees himself as a god, The God, even.

This is why I have a greenhouse where I am growing what I need, why I am making a wood gas production system, so I can drive my truck and run a generator, and why I have a 3D printer, to make parts and household items I need. It's why I have 400 watts of solar panels, and 400ah of batteries in my truck with an inverter to run power tools without shore power. It's why YOU should have those things too. If you don't have them yet, GET THEM!

I'm like you, in a small way, in terms of prep; I have my house truck rigged with solar etc., all that stuff. 600 watts on the roof and amp hours, around the same as you (I have the generator etc., but I have not outfitted to the level you have - i.e., wood gas etc., / I have nearby forest for trees, heating- I'm not out there at the moment - as the truck is on a farm a way from where I live at a friend's house. It is going to get pretty rough soon so I am doing what I can to prepare now- even if the stuff out there was wrapped up tomorrow - there months in terms of gabs in inventory - but I don't think its going to get wrapped up. I think there is some big movement coming. Two Australian refineries "caught fire" which I think means all the cards on the table on this. I hope I'm wrong.
About Trump, yesterday I was doing some thinking -- wondering about what type of "narcissist" best describes him. I was looking up terms - I found malignant narcissist, which is pretty much what you are describing. Its amazing if you look at the the traits a malignant narcissist has to have - its pretty much his compete profile. Sadly that means we are all in a really dangerous zone really - but there is no telling what someone like that will do.
