I think you're right about the memory thing. I noticed that I tend to repeat myself when responding to emails that aren't linked in a chain, because I forgot what I said in earlier emails. Apparently I'm that old guy that keeps telling the same stories over and over. Grim.
I'm not sure property values are declining faster than inflation is devaluing money, but when both are happening at the same time, and wages don't keep up with inflation, it's a recipe for disaster for people living on wages.
Growing chickens is cheaper by the pound than buying them. Same with veggies, and they don't have any biocides you don't put on them. Just sayin'..
Also, about red meat, Alpha-Gal syndrome (that makes people allergic to red meat) is increasing at like 800% in the US. I have a little puncture wound on my upper arm with a bruise encircling it. My first thought was I had been bitten by a tick and had Lyme disease, but when I looked online, in Lyme disease the circle around the bite isn't black and blue, but red. Then I realized I was busting rocks with a sledgehammer a couple days ago, and probably got hit with a sharp chip.
Whew! I love red meat, and don't want to be allergic to it.
