RE: What To Do When You are Unhappy with Your Job?

this hits in the feels and often times I gravitate towards hive or Steem as it was before when I am feeling burn out.

Having worked in HR 8 out of 10 when I see a person being burnout I always ask how is your working relationship with your direct superior, how is work, do you have all the necessary tools and training for you to be able to do your job, do you have ebough support.

great post TP

Most issues are coming from bosses and management, it is not about workload at times. If those will be addressed edi mas maganda. Don't need to befriend the sup, just let them know about what is going on and how it may affect the productivity etc. They are still humans and sometimes will bend the process for their people.

Post ka na ulit kasi.
