I am glad to learn this initiative also includes mental health awareness as a very important and sensitive topic, creating a safe space for discussion without any biases and insensitivity. The best answer for this situation is letter B, engaging in creative activities and talking it out to close people are effective outlets to express our emotions and thoughts. Instead of disregarding someone's suicidal thoughts, an act of putting them in activities and offering a gentle conversation is a good coping mechanism and the best way possible to help the person, as non-experts of psychology. Listening is a form of therapy anyone can do.❤️
