Trying to swallow the passing of summer, I tune into a wave of welcome and appreciate all the other seasons, not just this one.
You will probably say that this is the first and mandatory condition for a lover of nature - to love everything that it has to offer him.
But I leave the summer always with a certain fear. A fear that this year is particularly clear.
This post is entirely made up of fall photos, but fall has not yet arrived in such a definite way where I live. Still, I've been writing about fall for quite some time this year. In an attempt to prepare myself. Mentally. And physically.
And to use up all my available fall photos. To exhaust them. To no longer have any.
I don't want to have any more autumn pictures. And I plan not to take any others this year. And I plan to show you summer photos during the other seasons of the year...
Am I starting to sound hysterical? Panicked for sure, yes.
I don't know how you feel about the coming winter, but I'm panicking. And I'm afraid. For my life. At the end of every summer, I fear that I will not survive the winter.
And it's not just because of my personal stats. (I am convinced that most people die in winter.)
And not because I'm old or sick or anything.
I just feel broken. When summer is over and trees start to be painted in different (beautiful) colors.
That's all.
There is something that I am realizing only now, after much thought - which is the most beautiful season in my opinion. I hesitated between autumn and spring (we're talking about beauty only).
Well, it's autumn. It's already decided.
And in trying to get over my fear of winter, I'm now looking a lot at fall. It is beautiful. The most beautiful. The air is now different and so is the light. The colors are much different.
Did you know that the blue of the sky is bluer than usual? Than the sky in other seasons. That's what I've noticed in recent days as I watch fall unfold. Trying to appreciate all the seasons.
Maybe I'll be able to make it through the winter this year too. When I can find a reason to appreciate it...

I love the colors of Autumn. Yes, winters might be challenging but there is certain beauty about that season too :)
Perhaps you should live at a place where the winter season is short or missing? :D

I love the colors of the Autumn too! I also love the serenity, whiteness and purity of the Winter.
But that's it. Nothing more. These seasons are nice to watch but not to experience.
And yes, it has always been my dream to live in such a place. So far, however, it has not been fulfilled. 😌

I didn't want to mention it. The cold is the main reason why I can't survive the winter. My limbs are freezing even at home. Even when heated. I really don't want to think about what will happen this winter with the heating...

I've always enjoyed each season for the unique aspects they each provide. I was also always surrounded by people that would complain about the cold of winter or the humid summer heat which I never let deter me. This year, however, I find myself in an area with year round warm weather. I enjoy the cold, but not sure I am going to miss it as I'm still excited to discover all the new that I am surrounded by.

I get a strange feeling of anxiety too when it comes to autumn just because it passes really fast and then I wake up in the middle of the winter. But every season has its own beauty and we should learn to appreciate and enjoy any month of the year for sure
Nowadays the weather has changed in such a way that I even divide the year into two - warm and cold part. Autumn is really short. For some time now, spring has been lost somewhere in the cold of winter. Although a while ago spring was very boring with its constant rains. But that's not the case now. And maybe that's why I also have this anxiety - we don't know what the next year has in store for us. Even in terms of climate.
Really nice. I deeply miss 'real' autumn. You don't really get it in the city. Just things become greyer, rather than more colourful. Can't wait for the day I can delve into some piles of leaves or pick random wildberries i'm not sure if I can eat or not haha...
Then I am lucky that in the country where I live, autumn can be seen and experienced even in the cities. Well, in the capital probably only in the parks.
But hey, there are parks where you live too, right? Or you just have to travel to the countryside 🙂
Yeah not really... the parks here are VERY artificial. Most roads are lined with trees but they're the kind that just go brown in a few days and that's the end of that lol.
But yeah for sure making some countryside trips as soon as possible!

The two most beautiful seasons to live in my city (Corrientes Argentina) are spring and autumn, since they are the warmest days, here it is common for summer to be intense, that is, it is too hot, and winter, yes well there are not many cold days, it is usually intense, that's why I prefer spring and autumn
