Sending DASH to my friend in Cuba

My friend Manu (@manuphotos) is an amazing human and huge promoter of #freedomtools. He recently saw some of my activity on X and wants to try @DashPay. There are many reasons someone would want to use DASH, but one I've found particularly useful lately is to top up a prepaid VISA card in a digital wallet called Zypto. All you need to use your Zypto card is a card reader. If the business does not yet accept Dash, Hive or Bitcoin, but accepts VISA, you're safe.

This is pretty cool.
I really enjoy watching Jack Maller, CEO of Strike talk about Bitcoin, but when he stresses it's use as money transfer rails for the woprld, and then has to use Bitcoin Lightning to transact I wince a little bit because I know that cold be done on Dash much simpler. Or even on Hive much cheaper and faster.

Jack Mallers makes money if you use Strike, so yeah, he's going to promote his solution. I wish Bitcoin maximalists would open their mind a little bit and accept the fact that we're fighting a common enemy: Banks, governments and corporations. We're on the same side and Bitcoin could benefit from better, incentivized rails like HIVE and DASH. Not everything that isn't bitcoin is a shit coin. There's plenty of useful tech that can complement bitcoin and interoperability is the name of the game, not one blockchain takes all.

Check this message from the developer of @hivedebit:

the Real Version of HiveDebit is more decentralized than Bitcoin Lightning Cards, and it took me a lot of time to guarantee decentralization through this card and with a secure model, but never trust me, always verify, you'll see that the real version will be 10 times better than the Beta one.
