Phones and Posture...the problem of the "forward head position"

Mobile phone use is increasingly associated with chronic neck and shoulder issues as people spend longer and longer periods of time on their phones without awareness of poor posture. Here is a simple tip to help correct the forward head position when you are using your phone.

That was super helpful!! I was just reflecting on this problem while at yoga this morning - the shoulder rolls and gentle neck rotations told me I need to sort this - the muscle tightness NOT helpful and also disturbs sleep.

Loving the practical tip that doesn't need me to BUY anything!!!
