Potato and chive bread 🥔🥔🌱🍞

Hello friends!!!

Today I want to share with you a simple recipe for a flavor duo that complements very well, a delicious potato and chive bread.

Chives that I have in my party and they are very easy to grow and give a great flavor to the meals this bread is exquisite.

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 cups of wheat flour.
• 1 teaspoon of yeast.
• 1/4 cup of water.
• 2 medium potatoes.
• 1 chives.
• 2 tablespoons of oil.
• 1 teaspoon of sugar.
•1 pinch of salt.
• Pepper to taste.

Process:

We start by placing the potatoes to boil and make a puree, on the other hand in a pan add the oil and the finely chopped chives until they wither with salt and pepper, let cool and reserve.

We continue adding in a container water, yeast and a little flour, there we add the mashed potatoes and the sautéed chives, sugar and we add flour as we knead and the salt, until a homogeneous dough is formed that does not stick from the hands.

Let it rise for an hour, then shape the bread, today fifteen to make them look artisan and prepare some buns, you can give the shape you want, finally take it to the oven, at 200 C until golden brown. And so we are done.

Friends, since I made this bread for the first time, I am amazed, I recommend it, it is delicious and it has a great flavor.
