Yes to raising our vibration and allowing spiritual guides such as the owl to appear and touch us with their deep knowledge.
We need to reconnect with the earth and deepen our connection to her. Find the ways in which we can work together, to grow our own food, to plant tree's and wild flowers
So much, I believe and have experienced, can be regained when we regenerate, when we remember that we heal faster than we injure, when we allow nature to inspire us with its regenerative cycles.
