Yeah it is just another tribe here on hive. There are quite a bit of various tribes/initiative. Perhaps one day after learning and being a part of this community you may decide to start your own. I'm still relatively new to this platform, but I can see that the application and utility for such a thing is quite endless as it can solve a lot of worldly problems like through microloans, community information, and just overall growth and development of masses.
