QOTW is back with a new season after a little break! Season 6 was dedicated to the theme of mental heath... and we sure have dug deep on so many topics over the past few months. Mental health is about so many things, and can effect us in so many ways. What brings all these topics that we have covered together is that.. all of this is related to our minds.
We have looked at stress busting, communication, NVC, judgement, fairness, emotions, and much more! Another thing that brings all of season 6's topics together is balance, or lack thereof. When something is severally out of balance in our lives, our mental health suffers. It is far to say that as things stand today, we can only expect and honour our mental imbalances for what they are. As troubling as they may be, they shine as powerful beacons to move us in different direction.
And so that brings us to Season 7 of the ecoTrain Question Of The Week. In this season we will shift our perspective to one with much more gratitude. Where our thoughts go our feelings flow and now we will bring ourselves back to a positive new balance. The topics in season will be varied, as always, but the theme this Season is GRATITUDE. Whilst there are the obvious questions that I could ask about gratitude, such as to list 10 things we are thankful for, i will not make it so easy! The questions I ask this Season will make us ask ourselves things we may have never asked before.
Two people can have the exact same circumstances and yet one is deeply thankful for their life, and the other is full of hate and regret. Indeed the very same person can feel both one and the other depending on what day it is, or what greeted them as they woke up that morning.
One thing that ties Season 7 and Season 6 together is that all of this is in our mind! In fact what happens in our minds is more important as every day passes. Its fair to say that there is more going on in our minds that we know nothing about than ever before! Our minds are so malleable, we are so sensitive. If we can point our mind in the right direction, sometimes great things can happen!
So let us shift into a mood of gratitude and thanks, and discover the gifts that await us! I thank you for being here, on Hive and reading this post. I thank you for making it to the end, and if you drop and comment or an up-vote I thank you for that recognition. Sometimes its the little things, not the big, that we can be grateful for.. It can cascade...
So, to launch this new season we must of course have a question isn’t it!? Well i thought we had better kick off with a good one, and we’ve all had a week off so.. so I hope you are ready! Drum roll.. The question this week is...
"What if a Genie Gave You the Chance To Reinvent Yourself? "
Imagine that a genie magically appeared out of an old rusty lamp that you found. She was so grateful to you for liberating her that she granted you a once in a lifetime opportunity to reinvent yourself. The genie said that whatever you asked for you would get, and you could be or do or have anything you wanted. No holds barred. The genie also said that you had to make it all in one long wish (post) and that you couldn't come back later on and wish for something else.
Now that is quite an opportunity isn’t it! You are free to take this as deep as you like, or as light as you wish. Reinventing yourself could simply mean changing your style, your clothes, hair, body, or looks. It could just mean changing your job, and doing something totally different. Perhaps you have always wanted to be something that you are too old to do now but if you could reinvent yourself then it would be like a time machine and you could be doing anything you want. Of course we always welcome deep posts, and you could even focus on your emotional realm and how you feel, react, respond, and live. What daily patterns you have today, and what daily patterns you could have if you reinvented yourself.

I have never believed in coincidences ... and as I am now reading the launch of this new season dedicated to Gratitude and Magic, I tell you that it is worth reinventing yourself.
Thank you for bringing to #Hive this kind of questions, which are in tune with the changes and/or transformations that are taking place in our Mother Earth in relation to our spirituality and its repercussions in our humanity as social beings that share in a physical or material space.

Thanks for this new season of gratitude and magic. Thought provoking for sure and it comes at the perfect time. Just off the top of my head comes the fact that covid restrictions are now easing, masks are being left at home and I personally am enjoying just seeing people smile again. In my neck of the woods, many have been vax and appear more relaxed, so grateful for that. See you around @ecotrain

The theme of gratitude in this season 7 is is really great. it is obviously true that if you just pick two person of same job Same location and same age but we will find a different view about the life. people think about the life in different way according to different situation and perception but the gratitude is a matter of perception men to men. hopefully I am going to participate in this week's question. thank you for this nice theme and good question of this week
