It is very important to promote individual and collective commitment in relation to reducing overpopulation.
I totally agree with what you said here. They say charity begins at home. If we all don't join hands as individuals to reduce the rate of overpopulation in the world,there will be no change because no government can single-handedly make this happen except we all join hands together.
