Kindness is a necessary practice

To talk about kindness is to focus on a quality that makes us human. Kindness consists of being good people in our treatment of others and even ourselves, this is composed of the different actions we do during the day and that are marked by the good treatment and the way in which we relate to others. Kindness is also a value, a value added to our existence. When we practice kindness we are able to treat the people around us with respect and empathy, whether we know them or not. We all deserve to be treated kindly.

Today we find ourselves in a world where many people treat with rudeness, contempt and even hatred to those around them, they are even capable of despising any creature or living being as if they were not up to their level, that is cruelty. Today being kind is seen by many as a weakness because they think that this treatment only makes us vulnerable to others, when it is actually the opposite. Kindness is a strength that allows us to grow and have a better life where we surround ourselves with good energy. Kindness does not demand much and gives everything.

The practice of kindness consists of small and big details that range from being polite and courteous to others, is to greet whoever is next to us or whoever we meet on our way. To be polite is to ask for permission and apologies, to ask before acting if we do not know what we are going to do. To be kind is to practice prudence, to use language without offenses, to find in my brothers and sisters the things that make us similar beyond our differences. Kindness is to ensure that my actions do not affect others in a negative way. Kindness my dear readers, nothing demands more from us than to be human beings with values, positive feelings and especially with a lot of empathy towards all those around us. Today we are going to be kind to everything and everyone we meet on our journey through this planet.

Beautiful, I love it. I believe it is such an important practice to take on. I find myself needing to be more kind to my dog, when she is being all "dogi" and dig in my garden and make a mass on the house..... Kindness is also to see her needs and take her for a long walk and so on. Anyway, love your post, made me thinking. Thank you.

Kindness should be a daily practice my dear with everything and everyone around us. Your dog if she behaves like a dog and she does it is by instinct but she loves you in her being and you even if you get a little upset should treat her with kindness and love even in those moments a little disastrous because she loves you unconditionally.
