This is one interesting topic to talk about, cause it involves both the religious, and non religious likewise it has two(2) phases which are physical and spirit realm.
But majorly I'll be sharing some thoughts more on the spiritual aspect.
Meaning of spirituality
In my own understanding or let me say point of view, Spirituality is something that's not visible to the physical human sight and it also means having connection to our inner self and having visuals sights or connection to the spirit world.
In some cases I'd say every human has spirituality either way, that's either they are working or acting through their inner self or the expression of their spirits. Literally sometimes people do mis-interpret spirituality with religion. Religion still boils down to being spiritual, for you to be involve in any religious group one has to be spiritually connected.
So spirituality doesn't necessarily mean be religious in any form
The different forms or ways of expressing spiritualities are religion, affections, relationships etc. I'd be sharing lights more on this few ones that I have mentioned here.
Religion; having a deep and unseen connection to God with our spirit mind and the process by which which get connected to God is "prayers" obviously it's the only way that connects us to God whether you are a Christian or not because non believers too do pray to their maker(God).
On of the example of spirituality is by getting connected to the spirit realm is by praying everyday. And Of course it's their way of connecting to God. It also includes believing in religious symbols, and languages.Affections
This also varies in different ways or diversified in different forms. Affection is having thoughtful set of feelings to another human, animal, things or any form of living things. It can be love, care, hatred, kindness. These are all forms of spirituality that can't be seen with human physical eye sights but it can only be felt.
Sharing such feelings are forms of spirituality. It's one of the ways humans express their spirituality. Some people practice spirituality this way while, some practices it in a religious belief.
- Relationship
This form is a unique way of expressing or practicing spirituality i.e having soul connection with your partner or God. Not having relationship spirituality can cause in both parties i.e lack of understanding, emotions and not fully knowing the true self of oneself and your partner.
Indulging yourself in a spiritual relationship with ones partner can be very adventurous i.e trying to build the relationship between you and the other person, acknowledging the fact that you have to do things work things out for the growth of the relationship. It's a spiritual thing believe or not, connecting with other compatible souls like yours or having a good connection with God through our prayers and commitment.
However, Spirituality is of different forms and culture. But in the actual way spirituality means having connection with the unseen world (spirit realm).
Well literally, this is my verdicts about spirituality and I'm sure it still beyonds our human understanding.
