Spirituality and Technology
"According to Collins dictionary spirituality means the state or quality of being dedicated to God, religion, or spiritual things or values, esp as contrasted with material or temporal ones" . Spirituality tend to tell us that there's more to life than just the physical world. It's a part of our world that people don't really seem to understand. This tends to make us resort to religion and other forms of spirituality in search of answers. The belief that there is spirituality has answers to several life problems. The belief that there are immortal beings controlling the world, way beyond our understanding has put fear in a lot of people. The belief that there are God's that made us. That man is a creation of several God's in several religions. Each religion has their own creation stories. This but a few are spiritual.
In Spirituality man has found a calling it should I say career. We have those that guide the spiritual temples, the pastors etc. Man has answers to several questions.
Technology has come to stay just as spirituality.
According to the Oxford dictionary, it describes technology as the application of scientific knowledge for practical purposes, especially in industry "advances in computer technology". Just as spirituality, there are several scientific analyses on how man came to existence. Technology doesn't deal with immortal beings, because it is made by man but most times technology is being used to understand the knowledge of the immortal beings or spirituality. This is a result of man as an inquisitive being. Technology on the other hand has made life easier for man.
That aside technology has also provided man with several options in their career path. From the tech experts, to crypto etc.
Coincidentally, these two are something we can't do without in our present or daily life as humans. Like the way technology making life easier for us as man. Man also finds refuge in spirituality.
Can the two cohabit?
Yes!. Definitely the two can cohabit without any form of disagreement. This is who we are. The life we chose. In the world several people have several means by which they choose to find their answers in life. It's all left for us to decide. Technology or spirituality. And since these two can cohabit peacefully. Then I hope one day we find an answer to all the world's problems. It doesn't matter the way as long as no one gets hurt.
