Hello dear all friends how are you?, today I want to share with you my delicious recipe for cold mocaccino, coffee is one of the most consumed drinks worldwide, either hot or cold and we drink it at any time, at breakfast or after the food, but also when it comes to sharing with friends, nothing better than a good coffee to have a good time.

We are going to prepare cold homemade Mocaccino, an exquisite combination between coffee and chocolate, we will prepare one with whole milk and another with coffe mate that is a non-dairy cream, ideal for all those people who are lactose intolerant, join me to prepare it.

Home made mocaccino

Ingredients for the syrup:

  • 20 gr of cocoa powder
  • 20 gr of chocolate rain
  • 1/8 of cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon margarine
  • 30 ml milk

For the syrup, we start by placing the margarine in a pot, and we will cook over low heat, when it has melted we add the cocoa powder and the chocolate rain, mix to integrate well, then pour the milk, cook for three minutes without stopping stirring .

Ingredients for Mocaccino version 1:

  • 120 ml of coffee
  • 80 ml milk
  • 1 spoon of sugar
  • Ice
  • Chocolate syrup

We make our coffee loaded, we put ice in the blender, we add the coffee, the milk and a splash of chocolate syrup, we blend for two minutes so that the ingredients are integrated.

We decorate the glass, we will give it a special and cute touch, placing chocolate syrup on the walls of the glass, then we pour our coffee and decorate with a splash of syrup on top, and in this simple way we already have a rich cold coffee.

Ingredients for the homemade,Mocaccino version 2:

  • 150 ml of coffee
  • Coffee mate
  • 1 spoon of sugar
  • Ice
  • Chocolate syrup

We will make the coffee of course loaded, we put ice in the blender, we add the coffee, the coffee mate and a splash of chocolate syrup, we blend for two minutes so that the ingredients are integrated, this coffee is special for lactose intolerant.
