The world is overpopulated and there are major that should be implemented to adheres to that.
There are many things that should be put in controls of which if not done ,
The world population will always be on the increasing part.
One of the major things that should be implemented in other to resolve or solve the issue of overpopulation in the world is the control of birth rate,.

Birth rate should be controlled by the authority., They should make it a verdict that a specific Individual should not put to birth more than the required number stated by the Government stakeholders. The verdict should consist that if an individual or a citizen bears more than the required numbers of children, it will be eliminated to the standard of the law makers and also set a penalty for any one who violate the law.
A standard should also be implemented concerning marriage rate.

They should be a certain standard an individual must reach before getting married.
They should be a certain age limit one should reach before getting married in both gender.,
That will enable the world to resolve or solve the issue of overpopulation.
It will help to reduce the issue of being overpopulated in the world in the sense that anyone can't just wake and start putting to birth at random.,and reproduce till eternity 🤣🤣🤷🤷.
Uncontrollable marriage rate attributes to overpopulation in the world.
Emigrant official's should also open portals for emigration and immigration without much restrictions in the world so that one can easily move in and out of the world in the other hand getting exposed to certain things instead of exploring on one believe of reproduction.

Quality education should be granted even to the less privilege.,
Where sound doctrine and excellent administrative and information is being imparted on people helping them to know their basic needs of life aside reproduction.
Influencing their thought and believe through quality impartation.
Job opportunities should also be created for people both in the rural area because majority of the population is highly rated in the rural area then migrate to the urban center either for tourism or to gain their recreational values., scavenging for their greener pastures.
Job opportunities should be created for every citizens both the housewives and otherwise.
Because an idle man is a devil workshop they say 😂🤷., But someone that's is busy will think of something else than to produce child that he/she can't
Gather for, but once he is busy and stock with other logistics,he/she will think otherwise than narrowing his/her thought to one thing.,

Standard jobs opportunities should be created for both graduate and undergraduate
This will help to reduce the rate of overpopulation in the 🌎 world.
If the following majors are implemented in our world of today,
I strongly believe that the world overpopulation will be reduce and control to the least minimal.
_Birth rate controlled,
_Marriage rate/limit
_ Quality Education
_ Boarders opening
_ Jobs opportunities..
Do you mean the children given birth to should be killed if they fail not to comply to the laws? Lol
The only thing I think is to enlighten them on what family planning is and the effects in giving birth to more children especially making them aware of how overpopulation is affecting the earth negatively.

I don't really agree with you when you said marriage contributes to the population because most people today don't get married but they reproduce instead I'll say people should avoid fornication. Some married couple don't even have many children compare to the ones that are unmarried.
