Take some of your own advice and just be you. Not just theoretically. There is a lot of cliché mumbo jumbo in here that blocks what you are really trying to say. Just say it and give very clear examples. Imagine you had to read this. Would you want to read it? What do you think about it?
It is totally your blog so you can write about anything you want, but I think it would be more effective to choose one clear example either about you or something you experienced. You don't need to impress anybody. Just speak in the words that you normally would use so I can feel what you are going through.
