Reasons you are failing to increase self-love.

Do you often say, you hate yourself? Or hate your life? Do you feel like you don't love yourself enough? Do you give yourself enough time for self-care?

Asking these questions to ourselves can make many things clear about self-love. And who doesn't know self-love is important to improve self-esteem. The truth is, not everyone can love themselves. I have seen many people who struggle a lot to reflect a positive self-image. Because in the very first place, they don't love themselves.

Let's see some of the reasons that make barriers and make us struggle to practice self-love!

  • Our environment and experience.

Where you raised up and living now has a huge impact on your thinking process. It's not hard for any adult to identify what environmental effect causes their low self-esteem. Maybe the family problems, maybe toxic relationships, maybe your work environment, any childhood experience or past life experience or trauma can affect our mental health or affected in past and make it difficult for ourself to love ourselves.

  • Our understanding of mental health.

No matter what we have experienced and how our thought process works, we always can choose to act more positively. But our understanding is needed. We need to know what self-heat can produce, what will be the cause if we don't have any connection with our inner self, etc. If we continue failing to increase self-love, we can't find peace.

As I was saying earlier, more or less we all know what is making the barrier to love ourselves. For any adult, it's not difficult to identify but working on the solutions is challenging.

Increasing self-love and practicing in our daily life is nothing difficult. If we have the right intention and know the importance of it; I believe we easily can make this happen!

Thanks for sharing this Masterpiece with us, self love is pretty important, as you can't get to see and appreaciate life and the Blessing you've got properly, you've you think less of yourself, when you carry yourself with high esteem, people will also appreaciate your worth and see beyond what might stands as a but in you.

Indeed, a positive self-Image is very important if you hope to achieve self-esteem and the starting point is to learn to love elements of yourself and work to correct anything you don’t admire. Many things influence our opinion of ourselves and it’s worth studying the reasons for any negative ideas to evaluate their validity. Thank you for posting in the EcoTrain
