El día de hoy hago mi entrada a esta comunidad de #EcoTrain, y quisiera mostrarle este árbol frutal que hay en mi casa, Si hay tres arboles de aguacates y ya están dando sus frutas lista para comer, no se imaginan lo feliz que me siento al poder disfrutar de esta cosecha tan saludable y es que el Aguacate este buenísimo para la salud.

No se imaginan todas vitaminas que tienen y lo beneficio que es su consumo, yo estoy super encantada y ya estoy haciendo recetas para ponerlas en practica.

Gracias a dios por estas frutas que tengo en el patio de mi casa y puedo servirme de ella alimentar a mi familia y colaborar con las personas de mi comunidad ya que vienen a mi casa a pedir aguacates y hay que compartir.

¡Amo el aguacate! Definitivamente es de mis frutas favoritas. Podría rellenar una arepa nada más con aguacate y sería para mí un gran desayuno.

Hola amiga @nioberojas, a descrito mi menú de todos los días, como aguacate en el desayuno relleno una arepa y listo algunas veces le pongo queso en almuerzo hago ensalada y para la cena también con arepitas o pan árabe, lo adoro.
