Very interesting post and beautifully written. Yes, parents should be educated on overpopulation and they should be made to know fewer children and the capacity to work and take care of them will save them from any issue that may arise due to overpopulation.
Also, government should be considerate in the payment of tax especially for families who are large compared to the ones with few or less children. Thank you for sharing.
