This is wonderful, @dr-aruna thanks for sharing with our community. I am a follower of Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev and do various breathing techniques daily. I know how powerful good breathing is for us. Your methods sound lovely and doubtless very effective. I am sharing your post for others who need a quality breathing method in their lives. It’s good to hear the herbal suggestions too in conjunction with this.
