I had just wanted to ask how protein could be derived from plants, but thanks for your eye opening content.
Protein is very important to the body while malnutrition by inadequate amount of protein could lead to kwashiorkor.

Well.. If you don't workout or do anything heavy duty job, you only need around 20g of Protein pr day x)
