Made it on a Sunday folks check me out. Well, it's a sad day today I wasn't going to make a post as I was about to jump in the bath and have an early one. Then I looked at the media pages and saw MC Skibadee has passed on!

RIP to a legend.

His music was my youth and I had the pleasure of seeing him live somewhere god knows where or when to be precise? Somewhere in the ether of the late nineties and the more lively days. His music was a playlist of my late teens, still today it brings a feeling of energised passion to jump up and dance. But when I try it the knees creak and I need to sit down as twenty mins of dancing if that.

There is no official cause of death only a sudden heart attack, sadly this seems all too common these days. But I won't jump to any conclusion. I am sending reiki vibes to his family and friends at this sad time 🙏🏽.

So where to go from there...

It's difficult to move on from that one but we must go on. The world has gone crazy, well even crazier. Putin threatening nukes the press are reporting! Shittttt but in his speech he never mentioned nukes only defences; and also are hasn't he had nukes pointing at us for years. Don't get me wrong I am not detracting from the seriousness of the shit we are in. And we are in some really sticky shit currently and the peace of the world is teetering on a knife-edge but must remain calm and not be sucked into the media war. Now Putin's actions are aggressive and he's looking like a true psychopath and it's fucking scary. There are many similarities to WW1 and 2 but we have more love in the world now and need to call on this.

While this is a barbaric act, that we can all agree on; this is two-sided and we need to put this into the context of the fall of the cabal. We need to use diverse sources of information and not blindly rely on any individual countries media. They are clearly financial games at play here on all sides and a tussle for the power of the global stage. Those that have their eyes open need to comfort those that haven't and are now in states of blind panic. Keeping calm and sending love into the community!

As we venture into these uncertain times it is more important than ever to keep like-minded people around us. I certainly feel the universe is bringing my tribe closer and parting way with those whose energy does not suit me. To be honest I am surprised with some of the choices but this is right for the present and current energies. I feel strong and confident things will work out for the best, yes were are entering uncertain and dangerous times but we cannot lose focus on ourselves. Now is the time to practice our own spiritual practice every day, be out in nature where we can connect with the earth as we need to be strong for those around us. this positive energy we create will resonate with global energy. This battle will not be won with violence but LOVE and if we are not resonating at our best then we will not resonate with the amazing energy we all have.
