I like the balance you two strike up on this. I think it is great to back ourselves and go for full effort towards a goal, but not at the expense of the other things that matter to us - or our health.

Hey Mirilarbarr. Yeah the health one is a tricky one. Lack of sleep, exercise and good food have a cumulative effect so you can go months before it will really start to catch up. I'm a fan of short bursts of effort whilst being patient for a longer term goal.
