I could not walk comfortably. I used to walk for miles, I wouldn't get tired or I wouldn't have any discomfort, now I realized that I was tired or couldn't walk comfortably at 500 meters. Considering the fact that most of the diseases come from inactivity, I made a short self-evaluation by saying that I should pay attention to walking a little more.

Merhaba Hive ailesi. Bugün dersimin boş olduğu bir saatte biraz yürüyüş yapayım etrafı biraz gezeyim dedim. Gezerken iki şey dikkatimi çekti. Birincisi ne kadar az yürüyüş yaptığım. 🤦♂️ Yürüyüş konusunda gerçekten sınıfta kalmışım uzun zamandır bir okul-ev arası gidip geldim yorgun olunca yürüyüşü çok fazla ihmal etmişim. Yürürken rahat yürüyemedim. Eskiden kilometrelerce yürürdüm yorulmazdım ya da bir rahatsızlığım olmazdı şimdi 500 metrede yorulduğumu ya da rahat yürüyemediğimin farkına vardım. Hastalıkların çoğu da hareketsizlikten geldiği gerçeğini de düşünürsek biraz daha yürüyüş yapmaya dikkat etmeliyim diyerek kısa bir öz değerlendirme yaptım.

You know, last year was a rainy and snowy year for the country, will this year be a dry year in terms of rain and snow? The village I live in is a village that suffers from water problems. Sometimes the waters are cut off, and the water comes at some hour intervals. When the water runs out in the tank, the school runs out of water. In order to share this with you, I wanted to share our creek, which dried up from the location called Köprübaşı, with you.

İkinci dikkatimi çeken kısım ise köyün içerisinde bulunan ve şuan su akmayan dere oldu. Bu dere yazları kuruyor kışları dağlardan gelen yağmur ve kar sularıyla tekrardan canlanıyor. Benim ilgimi çeken bu mevsimde yağmurlu geçen bir yerdeyim ama yağmur az yağdı. Geçen sene bu zamanlar çok fazla yağmur yağmıştı bu zamanlarda. Ama bu sene yağmur geçen seneye nazaran daha az yağdı. Bu da Ekim ayının ortasına da gelsek derenin hala kuru kalmasına neden olmuş. Bu da bu senenin acaba kurak bir sene mi olacağını akla getiriyor. Biliyorsunuz geçen sene ülkece bol yağmurlu ve karlı bir seneydi bu sene acaba yağmur ve kar bakımından kurak bir sene mi olacak ? Zaten bulunduğum köy su bakımından sıkıntı çeken bir köy. Bazen suların kesildiği oluyor zaten bazı saat aralıklarında su geliyor. Depoda da su bitince okul susuz kalıyor. Köprübaşı mevki köyün hemen başında bulunan köye giriş için derenin üstüne inşa edilmiş köprü için verilmiş bir isim. Köprünün olduğu bölgeye de köprünün başladığı yer manasında köprü başı denmiş. Bu köprü olmasa sadece bu köy değil ilerde bulunan birçok köye ulaşımın sağlanamaması anlamına gelir. Ulaşım olmadığında da bütün köyler mahsur kalır sağlık ve gıda sıkıntıları baş gösterir. Görsel olarak da köye güzel bir hava katmış, köyü gezmeye gelenler için ilgilerini çekebilecek bir yer.
