Being a social creature (I don’t feel apt to say animal), we, the homo sapiens are dependent on one another for the fulfillment of our needs. Be they material or non-material, physical or psychological, emotional or social, our needs require companionship. As an individual we may design our dreems but to build them, a teem is required. A resilient teem that provides support in the face of challenges makes us go farther. It gives perseverance to our actions and refrain us from quitting if we ever are at the verge of any such spot.
At this point of time, I am nowhere in the journey of my Dreem accomplishment and I know I have a long way to go inside the dark just like a seed in the soil before the first sprout appears. In order to create a Dreem Haven for Illuminating lives(a place where women with compromised mental health would find an asylum and a platform to build their inner potential) the first thing that I need to acquire is the experience in the field of mental health and organisational management.
For acquiring the experience I need to step out of the four walls of the home. For more than a decade I am a housewife and a stay at home mother. Being totally cut from the professional world, I feel like a bird without feathers. A bird that has forgotten to fly and needs to relearn the skill.
If I attempt to step in professional life, it is like changing my life to 180°. Being fully committed to house chores and the needs of the family, there are several things that are dependent on me. It would be a hard test for me to let them go and for my family to learn them to do without me. It’s never easy for a family to be devoid of the attention it is that much used to of. It would neither be easy for me to let them feel devoid.
In my quest to pursue my Dreem and transition from a dedicated homemaker to the professional realm, the first and the foremost person whose support is pivotal is none other than my husband. It extends beyond the practicalities of balancing parenthood and household duties; it is needed as a source of emotional sustenance, shielding me from potential exhaustion. His encouragement and understanding is needed as a cornerstone as I would navigate this transformative path, creating a solid foundation for my personal and professional aspirations.
His encouragement and understanding are not just complementary elements but the very bedrock upon which I navigate this transformative journey, creating a sturdy foundation for my personal and professional aspirations.
The next group of people whose help I would ask are my friends who are connected to the mental health and organisational field professionally. Their guidance and support would facilitate my entrance in the professional realm , as currently I have no idea where to begin the professional journey. Their guidance wouldn’t facilitate my journey but also provide valuable insights, given their experience. Surrounding myself with experienced and sincere individuals who have navigated similar paths is key to successful start in my professional endeavors.
Another person whose support I would ask is my youngest brother. He is one of the rare individuals with whom I always enjoy sharing my thoughts and ideas. His attentive listening, constructive feedback, and willingness to provide practical assistance make him a valuable ally in various tasks. His professional expertise in organizational management would help me setting up the Dreem institute I want to build.
In conclusion, the journey from the familiar role of homemaker to an explored realms of the professional world is profound transition. The unwavering support of my husband, the valuable guidance from friends in the mental health and organisational fields and the sincere assistance of my brother would serve as pillars of strength.
As I aspire to acquire the necessary experience and build a Dreem Haven for Illuminating lives, I am acutely aware of the challenges that lie ahead. Nevertheless, with a resilient teem by my side and the shared commitment to this vision, I am poised to face the unknown , driven by the belief that this journey holds the power to create meaningful change in the lives we touch.

Everyone of us need love, companionship, support and applaud to achieve milestones. Life of that person becomes ardous who gets hatred, rejection , discouragement, and berating instead of forementioned items.
Humans are social animals and their life is totally dependent on on his surroundings.
Not all are lucky to have encouraging environment to flourish and resultingly if they achieve any milestone, they are not contented with it.
I believe humans are selfish are callous but somehow we do things to please someone and to get applauded by someone.
Challenges are not easy task to accomplish and demands great sources of inspiration and as you have mentioned what can be more motivating than getting hailed from spouse, parents, friends and siblings
Whenever we step out doing something innovative,the challenges and obstacles are sure to occur. There would be people who would welcome us woth Hatred, jealousy and taunts, but if we have a small number of people who stands by us the challenges become easier to resist.

A great support would come from a husband who is willing to encourage and understand your move. So, also friends in line with your dreem who are skilled and professional and one who would be willing to guide you based on their knowledge in the mental health and organisational field. Then, your younger brother as your support too. With these people in your teem, you will make a great dreem achievable.
