Hola, hola a todas las hermosas amigas de la comunidad de Ladies of Hive, me complace mucho estar nuevamente con uds y participar en la edicion # 89 de sus fabulosos concursos que siempre nos conducen a una buena introspeccion y fructifera interaccion. En esta oportunidad, hare enfasis en la segunda interrogante por considerarla muy interesante y diversa por la subjetividad que infiere.
Como describirias los rasgos de una mujer exitosa?
Al leer la interrogante, no pude evitar sonreir frente al dispositivo, pues, casualmente, el dia jueves en la tarde, conversaba con mi hija acerca del porque muchas personas con fama y dinero no parecen ser felices y le manifeste que el exito y la felicidad son terminos que tienden a confundirse, pero que no significan lo mismo en la teoria y practica. El primero, hace referencia a alcanzar aquello que deseas y lo segundo (felicidad) a desear lo que se tiene en la vida.
Ahora bien, considero que nosotras las mujeres, tenemos un gran temple para el exito (sin intencion de menospreciar al genero masculino, claro esta); Dios nos concedio el don de dar vida a traves de nuestra vida y particularmente pienso, que tener ese privilegio ya es por si solo, el mayor de los exitos . Ademas; la inteligencia, perseverancia, la resilencia y la paciencia; son virtudes que nos caracterizan y orientan nuestra conducta a alcanzar todo cuanto nos proponemos en la vida.
Una mujer exitosa, tiene claro lo que desea y que camino tomar para lograr su proposito; vence los obstaculos que se presentan sin necesidad de pisotear ni dañar a sus semejantes, es polifacetica, se adapta al cambio y diversidad de situaciones; es capaz de gerenciar su hogar y la mas grande de las empresas sin dejar de disfrutar la vida a plenitud, esas pequeñas cosas que terminan siendo verdaderamente significativas fundamentadas en el amor. Tiene la capacidad de sobreponerse a las adversidades e ir en busca de las soluciones pertinentes ocupandose y no solo preocupandose; es proactiva, amable, asertiva, con grandes habilidades sociales.
Siento que mi vida esta rodeada de mujeres exitosas, mi madre por ejemplo, refiere que no tuvo exitos academicos, ni financieros; pero se considera exitosa porque alcanzo hacer de sus hijos ( mi hermano y yo) seres de valores eticos y morales, instruidos, estables emocionalmente, capaces de dar y recibir amor por doquier y seguros de poder obtener todo lo que deseamos; eso para ella, constituye el mayor de los exitos.
Yo, me catalogo exitosa porque tengo el amor de mi familia impregnando mi vida a diario, porque desarrolle las carreras universitarias que por vocacion me incline y hoy dia , llenan mi campo laboral de satisfaccion y buenos frutos; porque hago todo el bien posible sin mirar a quien; porque los tropiezos se consolidan como aprendizajes y franca oportunidad de crecimiento; porque continuo aprendiendo lo que me gusta y alcanzando lo que quiero obtener; porque el amor de Dios ilumina mis dias en todo su esplendor. Exitosa, porque amo a mi hija con el alma y disfruto formandola, educandola, queriendola y cada una de las pequeñas- gigantes cosas que con ella comparto.

How would you describe the traits of a successful woman?
When reading the question, I couldn't help but smile in front of the computer, because, coincidentally on Thursday afternoon, I was talking with my daughter about why many people with fame and money don't always seem to be happy and told him that success and happiness are terms that tend to be confused, but that they do not mean the same thing in theory and practice. The first refers to achieving what you want and the second (happiness) to wanting what you have in life.
Now, I consider that we women have a great mettle for success (with no intention of belittling the male gender, of course); God gave us the gift of giving life through our lives and I particularly think that having this privilege is already, by itself, the greatest of successes. What's more; intelligence, perseverance, resilience and patience; They are virtues that characterize us and guide our behavior to achieve everything we set out to do in life.
A successful woman is clear about what she wants and what path to take to achieve her purpose; overcomes the obstacles that arise without the need to trample or harm their peers, is multifaceted, adapts to change and diversity of situations; He is capable of managing his home and the largest of companies while enjoying life to the full, those little things that end up being truly significant based on love. has the ability to overcome adversity and go in search of pertinent solutions by taking care and not just worrying; She is proactive, friendly, assertive, with great social skills.
I feel that my life is surrounded by successful women, my mother, for example, says that she had no academic or financial success; but she considers herself successful because she manages to make her children (my brother and I) beings of ethical and moral values, educated, emotionally stable, capable of giving and receiving love everywhere and sure of being able to obtain everything we want; that for her, constitutes the greatest success
I classify myself as successful because I have the love of my family impregnating my life on a daily basis, because I developed the university careers that I am inclined to by vocation and today, they fill my work field with satisfaction and good fruits; because I do all the good possible without looking at whom; because the stumbling blocks are consolidated as learning and open opportunity for growth; because I continue learning what I like and reaching what I want to obtain; because the love of God illuminates my days in all its splendor. Successful, because I love my daughter with all my soul and I enjoy forming her, educating her, loving her and each of the small-giant things that I share with her.
Así es, es formidable todo lo que hacemos, pero como lo refieres cada quien le da su significado al éxito.
