Que es ser MUJER?
Valgame Dios, nunca pensé que siendo mujer, esta pregunta me haya sacudido tanto y es que conceptualizarnos es irremediablemente tan abarcativo que honestamente, no se por donde comenzar; sin embargo, me decidi a hacerlo por el principio literalmente; por la primera de sus letras hasta la ultima de las mismas .
M
Sin duda alguna, Mujer se escribe con M mayúscula de MULTIFACETICA. Pienso que la capacidad que tenemos las mujeres de cumplir con varios roles y actividades, a la par con la mayor administración del tiempo posible y en satisfacción a las necesidades respectivas; nos hace acreedoras de esta Magica cualidad que por cierto, tambien se escribe con M de mujer. Ademas de ser madres amorosas; somos eficientes amas de casa, profesionales, esposas, novias, compañeras, complices, amantes; con buena voluntad y compromiso.
U
UNICA; tan cierto como que solo la mujer posee el divino don de dar vida, de albergar en su vientre un nuevo ser.
Somos también únicas, en la capacidad de amar con entrega y devoción. Unicas; en inteligencia, astucia, paciencia; en belleza, coquetería y elegancia .

Una JOYA es una prenda fina, delicada, sublime, especial, de gran valor, codiciada; características que son perfectamente atribuidas a la mujer, como la joya mas valiosa de su hogar y entorno.

EXPRESION. La mujer es expresión de libertad, de sentimientos y emociones, de espontaneidad. Generalmente las mujeres no nos cohibimos de expresar lo que pensamos usando una mirada, una sonrisa, lagrimas o cualquier gesto que ilustre nuestro mas intimo sentir y eso muchas veces, es un arma de doble filo, pero ni modo; asi somos, la Expresion hecha persona .

Esta mis estimadas hiver amigas de Ladies of Hive, fue la manera mas significativa que escogí para darles mi particular definición de MUJER! Respecto a la segunda interrogante: .
¿cómo abordaría las preguntas de sus hijos relacionadas con los conceptos cambiantes de sexo y género en esta era digital?
Como madre, profesional del trabajo social y como persona, pienso que la mejor forma de abordar este y todos los temas que generen inquietud en nuestros hijos es con verdad y lenguaje acorde a su nivel cognitivo; inculcando valores de respeto y tolerancia; execrando prejuicios y elementos discriminativos. Llamar a las cosas por su nombre, mitiga confusiones; los términos de sexo (la parte física que distingue a hombres de mujeres) sexualidad (conducta sexual) y genero (atribuciones de la sociedad a hombres y a mujeres) con ejemplos cotidianos para su mayor entendimiento, deberían ser los primeros en dilucidar . Mi sobrina Aranza a sus siete años de edad, maneja muy bien dichos conceptos a su nivel
Por ejemplo, Conoce que como niña tiene vagina y los niños, tienen pene como genitales; sabe que las personas ven con normalidad que las mujeres usen maquillaje y el hombre no, o que los hombres realicen los trabajos pesados que para las mujeres son complicados; aun cuando en la actualidad, hay cambios relevantes al respecto. Es importante que sepan que el sexo no es de libre elección, pero que la sexualidad si; cada quien decide como comportarse a nivel sexual, segun como mejor se identifique y es algo propio, donde nadie tiene derecho a imponer criterios, ni interferir en su decision. Mi hija Maria Milagros, a sus 14 años, aun anda en busca de identificación sexual, en mi; siempre consigue la confianza, orientación y empatía para todas sus inquietudes, enfatizando que sea cual sea su elección al respecto, mi amor y apoyo serán incondicionales de la mano con la debida orientación para una sexualidad responsable.
