Hello to everyone, I hope you are having an awesome moment. I stumbled upon something when I woke up today and guess what was that? The idea of selecting the type of breakfast to eat for the morning.
I don’t know if you have ever had such thought too. I found the following combination good for breakfast.
Fried plantain and egg sauce
Plantain is a fruit that contains vitamins needed for the body. When it is combined with egg sauce it tends to add protein to the body. If it is at your reach to include sliced tomatoes you can.

Well I love that custard and beans cake for breakfast
Because it is very soft and it won't add any weight to my stomach
Some food can't be serve as breakfast to me just like fried egg and plantain
Though I love plantain but fried egg is not for me in the morning it could cause me stomach upset for the whole day because of oil in the egg 🍳
Boiled plantain and egg sauce is what I should try on asap.
