This is interesting, how about in the heat period? Do women still cover thier hair despite the heat. It's just unfair to brings up unfavorable laws. Why don't the law enforcement agencies channel the effort to helping the widow, poor and sick around.

In my university I had the opportunity to see a girl who had this kind of culture and the truth is that she never took off her veil even with her surgical uniform and she was in another country. It is unfortunate not to be able to help these people as we would like.
