I agree one hundred percent! All of us tend to try to cram so much into a day that all we really think about is sleep and that is rest enough, but it's not. The saying, 'all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy', can be applied to us as well. Then, you get to a point that you no longer know how to let go. I've been there; I know. You are correct in that women need to rest, and you are also correct that rest is different from sleep. One complaint I have heard from many women is that they cannot sleep very well, and that also is a cause of not being able to rest. The sleep itself is not restful sleep.

Your sourcing for the top photo is not correct, here is the correct sourcing, please copy/paste this in under your photo and notice how it takes you right to the photo. You should do the rest of your photos the same way.
