Ok I decided to put up a content about my day
Have been wondering if anyone has experience this
Because i woke up this morning I perceived to be very strong and prepared against today but a moment later I felt something terrifying like as if i wasn’t able to walk anymore , I literally lost myself and suddenly i was being rushed to the nearby clinic for checking immediately I reached there I started realizing myself a little after then i was been given some medication
Like it was obvious that i couldn’t even believe myself
Because I woke up this morning with a very strong mind set of working hard to meet up with my target today but i end up being sick And frustrated .
One needs to be extremely careful in life because some days are not really friendly as they thought

Two weeks ago I went to the Emergency Clinic following a sudden abdominal discomfort. I felt light headed before had heart palpitations then felt my blood pressure plunge. They said my Heart is okay, and blood work looked fine. The said it was likely a panic attack, thinking that I may have a heart issue. I've gat a follow up in another two weeks by my Dr.
