También realice algunos maquillajes artísticos para compartir a través de mis redes sociales de Instagram, facebook y tiktok. Con el fin de dar a conocer mi trabajo como maquilladora y ofrecer mis servicios acá en la ciudad de Lima-Perú. Y como siempre me ha gustado mantenerme actualizada en tendencias y técnicas, pude participar en 2 masterclass de Maquillaje de Halloween y de Efectos especiales.
I also made some artistic makeup to share through my social networks Instagram, facebook and tiktok. In order to publicize my work as a makeup artist and offer my services here in the city of Lima-Peru. And as I have always liked to keep myself updated in trends and techniques, I was able to participate in 2 masterclasses of Halloween Makeup and Special Effects.
Algo muy personal que me sucedió y que me gustaría compartirles fue que a mediados del mes de Junio-Julio tuve mi despertar espiritual, tema del cual me va a dar mucho gusto hablarles más detalladamente en otra publicación, ya que muchas veces como personas desconocemos de ciertos términos y cuando nos suceden estas cosas pensamos que el mundo se nos viene encima pero solo hay que tener un poco de calma, meditación y auto evaluación a nivel personal y espiritual. A raíz de ello decidí empezar a entrenar y al parecer el universo conspiro tanto a mi favor ya que cerca de mi lugar de trabajo aperturaron un gimnasio en el cual me inscribí sin pensarlo dos veces, puedo decirles que logre obtener muy buenos resultados desde el primer mes y por supuesto que al cumplir los tres primeros meses los resultados fueron muchísimos más significativos. Mis hábitos alimenticios cambiaron para bien, cada vez me siento más saludable y con mejor energía, como también el ánimo y la forma de ver las cosas cambian muchísimo cuando decides optar por un poco de disciplina y constancia, en tu bienestar físico y mental.
Something very personal that happened to me and that I would like to share with you was that in the middle of the month of June-July I had my spiritual awakening, a topic that I will be happy to talk about in more detail in another publication, because many times as people we are unaware of certain terms and when these things happen to us we think that the world is coming down on us but you just have to have a little calm, meditation and self-assessment on a personal and spiritual level. As a result I decided to start training and apparently the universe conspired so much in my favor because near my workplace opened a gym in which I enrolled without thinking twice, I can tell you that I managed to get very good results from the first month and of course to meet the first three months the results were much more significant. My eating habits changed for the better, I feel healthier and with better energy, as well as the mood and the way of seeing things change a lot when you decide to opt for a little discipline and perseverance, in your physical and mental well-being.
