Topic: What advice will you share explaining how you equip yourself with knowledge and coping skills in an ever-changing world? Include the elderly or young who share your daily journey through a constant state of transaction.
If there is something I love and admire so much, it is acquiring knowledge. I believe that anywhere I see myself, there must be something new to learn. I am the kind of person that is ever ready to learn from my younger ones. As the world is advancing, so is learning. At the comfort of your home, you can acquire knowledge. When it comes to learning, I utilise every opportunity that comes my way because I so much believe no knowledge is a waste.
I always learn wherever I see myself, be it skill or language. I am so ready to learn, lady. Last year I picked up interest. In broadcasting, if I must say, it has not been easy for me, but I keep learning because if you believe in living, one thing about the world we exist in is that it will not wait for you, as the world is advancing. Learn to advance with it.
Life is not a bed of roses; of course challenges will come, but what makes you special is learning to overcome those challenges of life. I always tell people there are thousands of ways to learn; you can learn from someone's life experience and rewrite your own errors. That is why I said earlier no knowledge is a waste.
I have been able to achieve some goals in life because I was ever ready to learn, and I am open to learning. One beautiful thing about learning is it will give you the privilege to explore; you will gather a lot of experience that will keep you conquering the world.
When it comes to how I equip myself with knowledge, one of my hobbies is reading books. I do it for fun, and at the same time, I am acquiring knowledge. There is not a single day I sit and read and I don’t learn something new.
Listening to podcasts is another way to equip your knowledge; we don’t need to read, but by learning, you are acquiring knowledge.
No matter who you are, one beautiful thing about learning is that everyone learns from each other. The elderly are more knowledgeable and experienced, and the young are more perceptive. It is so beautiful if the young learn from the elders and the elders learn from the young.
What is important is equipping yourself with knowledge and coping skills because the world keeps advancing every day.
