๐ธHace 40 aรฑos, quรฉ recuerdas como mujer -vs- lo que estรก pasando en el mundo de hoy. Un recuerdo y cual ha sido el cambio si positivo o negativo.
En 1982 yo tenรญa 7 aรฑos, estaba cursando 2do grado y vivรญa en el Litoral Varguense, La Guaira, Venezuela, para esa fecha la venta de sustancias ilรญcitas en nuestra zona, hacรญan que mi madre impidiera que estuviรฉsemos asรญ fuese al frente de la casa, sin ninguna supervisiรณn de ella o mi papรก, lo cual promovรญa salidas cada 15 dรญas para tener momentos de esparcimientos en playas, plazas y todos los domingos a donde mi abuela Venancia, esta es una de las cosas que mรกs ha cambiado en estos 40 aรฑos, el compartir en familia y esos ratos de esparcimientos, por muchas razones ajenas a las ganas.
Pero abordando el tema que nos trae esta semana en esa รฉpoca recuerdo mucho observar como las mujeres se dejaban maltratar por sus parejas, entre ellas estan algunas de mis tรญas, ya que el sistema era patriarcal, donde ella dependรญa de el dinero que traรญa el hombre a la casa, la mujer solo se quedaba atendiendo el hogar y vivรญa sumisa ante el trato de la pareja y aguantaba como decimos los venezolanos: "Aguantaba su pela, callada"
Hoy en dรญa gracias a la preparaciรณn que tenemos la mujeres, a que nos hemos capacitado y que por la situaciรณn nos vimos obligada a salir a buscar ingresos tambiรฉn, ademรกs de las leyes que hoy nos defienden, ya no somos las sumisas que aguantamos humillaciones, aรบn quedan un escaso nรบmero que aรบn siguen aguantando este tipo de maltrato, esperando que abra los ojos y ya este se acabe de manera definitiva, ya que mientras exista quien lo permita, allรญ estarรก el maltratador.
Otras de las cosas que observaba en aquella รฉpoca, es que los altos cargos polรญticos, en empresas y en cualquier instituciรณn, eran solo para hombres, ademรกs de que al momento del pago, aรบn realizando las mismas labores, era mayor para el hombre, que el de la mujer, pero ahora todo esto ha cambiado, ahora podemos observar mujeres liderando gobernaciones, alcaldรญa y muchos cargos polรญticos y nos pagan igual que al hombre, ya que los sueldos se consolidaron.
Hace 40 aรฑos tambiรฉn recuerdo que aunque las mujeres ya usaban pantalones en alguna ocasiones, la moda para esa รฉpoca que predominaba eran los vestidos y sus tacones, se veรญan muy hermosas, los cuales llevaban con mucha elegancia, pero el ritmo de vida cambio y ahora nos vamos por la comodidades y lo prรกctico y es mas comรบn vernos en pantalones, con zapatos deportivos y los vestidos quedaron para fiestas elegantes ๐
Otro evento mรกs ocurrente para esa รฉpoca, es que los emprendimientos siempre eran iniciados por hombres, ya que era mรกs factible a la hora de solicitar un crรฉdito bancario, hoy en dรญa son mรกs los emprendimientos impulsados por mujeres, las cuales empiezan desde cero y son capaces de subir, ya que para las mujeres, el lรญmite es el cielo๐ Hasta aquรญ mi participaciรณn, gracias por tu compaรฑรญa y apoyo. Nowadays, thanks to the preparation that women have, to the fact that we have trained ourselves and that due to the situation we were forced to go out to look for income too, in addition to the laws that defend us today, we are no longer the submissive ones who endure humiliation, there are still a small number that are still enduring this type of abuse, waiting for him to open his eyes and this is over definitively, since as long as there is someone who allows it, the abuser will be there.
Other things that I observed at that time, is that high political positions, in companies and in any institution, were only for men, in addition to the fact that at the time of payment, even performing the same tasks, it was higher for the man, than that of the woman, but now all this has changed, now we can see women leading governorships, mayors and many political positions and they pay us the same as men, since salaries have been consolidated.
40 years ago I also remember that although women already wore pants on some occasions, the prevailing fashion for that time was dresses and heels, they looked very beautiful, which they wore with great elegance, but the rhythm of life changed and now we go for comfort and practicality and it is more common to see us in pants, with sports shoes and dresses were for elegant parties ๐
Another more witty event for that time is that the ventures were always started by men, since it was more feasible when applying for a bank loan, today there are more ventures driven by women, which start from scratch and are able to climb, since for women, the sky is the limit๐.
