Buena rutina para inicial tu día, después de tu taza de café te ejercitas por 30 minutos, luego te pones en contacto de la naturaleza a través de tu jardín, por cierto amo esa planta que muestras, yo la amo, yo la conozco como bella a las once, tenía una pero al mudarme quedó donde vivía.
