A veces nuestros pensamientos están anclado al pasado, que como dices ya pasó, o nos perturbamos por un futuro que aún es incierto y dejamos de vivir el tiempo que realmente debemos vivir y ese es el presente, podemos perder tanta cosas en el ahora inmediato.
