OMG, I love this. As someone who has been on the path of self-enquiry for ages, it's so refreshing to see someone break into this space, especially from the "tough girl" state, so recently. I'm so glad you were brave enough to look at all this "stuff". I have no doubt you'll lead a great many more people into a space of more self-care and self-compassion than you may ever imagine. I hope you know that just by writing this post you're impacting people. Go you. Truly. Love it.
